Castore wilde één beeldtaal voor vijf clubs in drie competities, zonder dat de shirts op elkaar gingen lijken. De bestaande uitingen werden per club gemaakt en vielen daardoor uit elkaar.

Ik heb de opbouw teruggebracht tot één raster en drie vaste posities: crest, sponsor, merk. Alles wat clubeigen is, zit in de kleur en het patroon; alles wat Castore is, zit in de plaatsing. Zo blijft er ruimte voor eigenheid zonder dat het systeem loslaat.

Vijf clubs, één handboek. De uitwerking per club kost nu een dag in plaats van een week, en de shirts zijn naast elkaar herkenbaar als familie.
